Muskan Jain

I am a PhD candidate in the Department of Economics at the London School of Economics. My research is in labour, development and urban economics, and studies gendered use of cities, urban informality, and access to public space.

I am affiliated with the Centre for Economic Performance and STICERD at LSE, and with the Global Action for Policy Initiative at Northeastern University.

I will be on the 2026–27 job market.
